PP Woven Bag

Description
Specifications

Our Polypropylene woven bag capacity is at 9600 tons per year and we cater to both overseas and local markets. Polypropylene woven bags are an economical and flexible form of industrial packaging. They exhibit excellent tear resistance and are guaranteed food-safe when inserted with liner.

Some industries which utilize PP woven bags and which we supply include:
– Fertilizers
– Agricultural (rice, animal feed, soybean, etc)
– Food (sugar, salt, flour, etc)
– Chemical (plastic resin, fillers, masterbatch, etc)

Only the highest quality of PP resin is used to ensure properties such as good strength (minimum 4gr/denier) and good elongation (minimum 20%) in our products.

Customers may choose to purchase semi-finished products (woven PP fabric in rolls), or finished products (PP woven bags):

Woven Fabrics:

Our woven PP fabrics vary in width from 15″ – 31″ (38-78cm), with weight and weaving construction depending on our customer’s requirements. Customers may also choose to have their rolls inside-laminated (PP/HDPE) or outside-laminated (PP/HDPE). Each finished roll is then wrapped in our PE tarpaulin before being shipped to our customers.

Woven Bags:

Our PP woven bags capacity is at 4 millions pieces per month. Customers may also choose to add inner liner (LLDPE/HDPE) in their woven bags. Liners may be sewn onto the woven bag or inserted loose. The bags are then neatly packed into bales of 500 or 1000.
